Welcome to May bakes in review! (I cannot believe it!) Before we dive headfirst into the first *official* month of summer (!!), let’s recap all the tasty spring-to-summer bakes from the past month. Here’s a look at everything that came out of the Fetching Goodies kitchen this May. All are undetectably dairy-free, and most have swaps and subs to make them vegan and gluten-free, too. Hi, I'm Rachel. Welcome! I'm a baker and dessert lover sharing undetectably dairy-free bakes for all.

I started Fetching Goodies in 2019 as a cottage bakery in Alexandria, VA. After five years of living out my bakery dream, with sold-out popups events, custom cookie bars, thousands of goodies, and a wonderful community, my family relocated to Massachusetts.

Now, I'm sharing my recipes and secrets so you can make wonderfully delicious goodies for your family and friends, whether they're dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, egg-free—or not!

Baking is my happy place. It's about bringing people together to celebrate life's special moments, big and small, special and routine. Sparking joy. As they say, life is too short to skip dessert!
