You’d never know these are vegan and gluten-free!! These are my go-to brownies for everyone. Even if no one needs them to be gluten-free or vegan, they are still the BEST melt-in-your-mouth, lick your fingers brownies.

Brownies freeze very well, if desired. To freeze, place brownies in a freezer-proof container (i.e. freezer ziploc bag or tupperware) and pop it into the freezer. Whenever you want one, you can (a) simply take it out of the freezer and allow to rest on the counter for about 2 hours, (b) enjoy frozen! or (c) put it on a plate and into the microwave for 30 seconds for a warm brownie. YUM!
