Lactation cookies freeze very well, if desired. To freeze, place bars in a freezer-proof container (i.e. freezer ziploc bag or tupperware) and pop it into the freezer. Whenever you want one, you can (a) simply take it out of the freezer and allow to rest on the counter for about 2 hours, (b) enjoy frozen! or (c) put it on a plate and into the microwave for 30 seconds for a warm bar. YUM!
Please be aware that our lactation cookies are made with care in a kitchen that also processes common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, nuts, soy, and dairy. While I take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, it is essential to consider the possibility of trace amounts of these allergens being present in our products.
If you or your baby have known allergies or sensitivities to any of these allergens, please exercise caution when consuming our lactation cookies. I recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before including these or any cookies in your diet if you have any concerns.
Additionally, while the lactation cookies are formulated to support milk production, individual responses to the ingredients may vary. The effectiveness of these cookies in enhancing lactation is not guaranteed, and results may differ from person to person.
